We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our NJ family and were able to spend an extended break with them. Poppy and Mom-Mom kept us (or we them!) busy. On Friday we went to see The Muppets together and on Saturday the four of our family travelled to Philly for the day via PATCO train. Here are a few of our favorite pictures from our very thanks-filled holiday.
making lanterns with Mom-Mom….canning jars, glue and tissue paper
Waiting for the train!
Enjoying our clam chowda in Reading Terminal – and then watching and playing with the Christmas Train display
Watching the Wanamaker’s (now Macy’s) light show accompanied by pipe organ – a Philly staple since 1956
we wore Anna out – she couldn’t help herself to a little nap!
intently listening to the presentation at Independence Hall – Hudson was in awe that George Washington was in the room at one time – as the President!
